Haus Bergkranz
Haus Bergkranz is a sports and study guest house of the Goethe-Universität Frankfurt, situated in Kleinwalsertal, Austria (google maps). It is located in a valley, at the bottom of the mountain, reachable only from the German village Oberstdorf (wiki).
Haus Bergkranz is a rather rustic accommodation, offering a unique relaxing atmosphere. It provides an ideal environment for fruitful discussions and strongly encourages interactions among participants.
The Facilities
- Rooms: Haus Bergkranz offers shared rooms for 1‑ to 6‑person rooms (if possible, we plan to have a maximum of four people per room).
- There are only very few single or double rooms, these are distributed in order of seniority.
- Check-in: 16:00 Check-out: 10:00
- Breakfast buffet: 7:30–9:00 Dinner: 18:00
- Lecture Hall: The lecture hall seats 50-60 people and is equipped with:
- 2 beamers, slide and overhead projectors, screens, white boards, 2 flipcharts
